SF Network Admin Found Guilty

A jury has found the network administrator accused of locking top administrators out of San Francisco's new computer system guilty of one felony count of denying computer service.

According to Computerworld, Terry Childs faces a maximum of five years in prison for violating California's computer crime law by refusing to hand over passwords.

Childs has been held in San Francisco county jail since his arrest on July 12 on a $5 million bond. Sentencing is scheduled for June 14.
